Popovici is one of the picturesque villages of Konavle with two hundred residents who live in the traditional stone houses.

This village is located in the southern part of Konavle, it is surrounded with intact nature, pine forests, hiking trails, amazing viewpoints, pleasant climate especially at night, where you can take a rest and relax without air conditioning even in the warmest summer months, with long-forgotten sound of complete silence where only sounds of crickets can be heard during the night.

Konavle cliffs

Cliffs of Konavle are steep cliffs with special landscape near the village Popovići in region Konavle. They reach a height of 300 m with an average of one hundred to two hundred meters and are a unique natural attraction in the Croatian Adriatic.

There is also an educational trail possible to visit and tour. With this special ecological road there are labels depicting the many rare species of flora (with several endemic species such as the dubrovačka zečina, drvenasta mlječika, grmasta glavulja etc.) and fauna of the area.

The procedure for the protection of the area through the proclamation of a monument or a nature park is in the course.

This studio is located in a traditional family house of rich rural architecture. The house, as a part of house complex Klaići, special architectural site, is protected by UNESCO as a cultural monument of high value. Architectural complex, beside this house, consists of traditional place for meat drying, Chapel of Our Lady of Health, other commercial buildings like stables and storehouses.
Country house Konavle is situated in a quiet environment away from the noise, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, walking trails, close to Konavle cliffs beneath which lies a hidden sandy beach “Pasjača”.

Studio ” Antonija ” and the whole house was fully reconstructed in the past ten years in a modern way with clearly expressed traditional style that fully reflects the spirit of the times in which it was made .
Studio ” Antonija ” consists of a modern bathroom , kitchen section (fridge, electric kettle, kitchen accessories, toaster ,oven ,microwave ), double bed (which can be separated into two comfortable single beds ), anteroom, wardrobe, table , armchairs , baby cot (on request), LCD TV with more than a thousand satellite and local channels, complimentary wireless internet, inverter air – conditioning, iron and ironing board (on request) , wooden floor, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and solar water heating systems.
Possibility to arrange a breakfast.

Area studios: 24 square meters.
Guests have at disposal indoor lobby space with comfortable furniture (30 m2 ), nice garden and barbecue.
